Sunday brunch is a weekly routine with the hans and chuas !
and lately, our sunday brunch has always been @ Peach garden at thomson plaza
cause we are always having this craves for dimsum, hehe ..

and as usual, babyy is missing in action for sunday brunch with us
due to his soccer matches =[
been there quite a couple of times alr and tdy is the first time i realised that they have this 流沙奶黃包 !
i have been searching for this 流沙奶黃包 for ages ever since i spotted it in a food galore magazine 
- 流沙奶黃包 !
its so yummy that i popped two despite having a bowl of congee
to the extend that i didnt even noticed the hargows and siewmai was served and gone -_-”
but its okie ! i am satisfied with the 流沙奶黃包 ! even edna loves it !
u can be sure, i might be there again next sunday, Just to eat another basket of it

we are still waiting for the HDB to inform us on our selection date 
dammnn, its taking so long that my excitement has totally dies off luhh !
So i am constantly checking out the fb group that they have created for all the punggol waterway balloters
*To keep my excitement burning*
was abit hestitated if we shud take the flat or reject it due to the upcoming changes in HDB policies
Cause we are sure, HDB gonna come out with more grants
and for the fact that we are paying like at least 40k more for this waterway project !
but after thinking much, guess we shall just stick to it cause we pretty much like this project
and the upcoming BTO’s design is not doing much justice when it comes to their design !

and babyy & me are quite happy to have the timber flooring for the bedrooms & corridor !
i didnt know babyy like timber flooring too !
he was like, WAH, i likeeddd and i have always wanted this ! hahaa
ours is a premium project so floor finishing actually comes with it

We managed to get a ballot number for the new punggol waterway terraces 2 ☺
Was damn happy when babyy told me the result !
And at first he still come tell mi we didnt get it, cause me to be so disappointed
till i can felt my heart sank !
and when i confirmed this great news, i was happy like a birdddddd !!!
Cant wait for HDB to send us the details on this project !
and hopefully when we get the appt date, we are still left with some good units for us to choose ッ

BFF applied for punggol waterway too but she didnt manage to get a ballot number
Our dreams are thrashed, no more dreaming of going to the market tgt
Lets hope she gets a better project and one that is near me so we can still hang out tgt !
